On Saturday, September 14th at St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Haverstraw there will be a commemoration beginning at 5:00 pm for the National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children. The commemoration will take place at the Garden of Innocence which is next to St. Mary of the Assumption Church. The church is located at 46 Conklin Avenue. The Garden of Innocence was dedicated by Bishop Austin Vaughn on May 3, 1992. Following the commemoration we will recite the Divine Mercy Chaplet. All are invite all to come to the 5:30 Mass.
